Who can we reach in an emergency and how?
Of course we hope that there are no problems, but if that should happen, please leave a message on the mailbox. We will of course respond as soon as possible!
From when can we arrive?
Arrival is possible from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, we will find a solution.
Are dogs allowed?
You are welcome to bring your dog, for this we charge a fee of € 10 per day.
Is it possible to arrive with more than two people?
Of course it is possible for more than one person to arrive, just contact us.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay with the usual credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express or by bank transfer.
Are there parking facilities?
Guests have the possibility to book a parking space with us. For this we charge a fee of € 7,50 per day.
You reach the parking area if you drive to Nordergraben (36) and turn into the Heiligengeistgang.
On the left side you’ll see the parking area. Our parking spots are at the end on the right side and also signed with “Gästehaus Lavendel”.
